Lay back and enjoy our Full Moon Sound Journey Meditation.
Chelsey Venrick will lead you into a deep meditation while creating exquisite sound frequency that centers the body, mind, and soul. With such instruments as the Crystal Sound Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Chimes and shamanic sound. This experience can lead to a state of peace and calm, which also helps with relaxation, stress management, anxiety, and mood balance.
Space is limited. Guests that RVSP will have a cozy space created for them with mat, pillows, bolsters and blankets.
