A Cosmic Sound Journey Meditation on the March Full Lunar Eclipse.
We will apply breathwork, toning & sound frequency as we connect with our Cosmic Hearts.
Donia B. Smith (Bodysoundspirit) will lead you into a deep meditation while creating sacred sound frequency that centers the body, mind, and soul. With such instruments as the Crystal Sound Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Planetary Gongs & Chimes, Drums and much more. This experience can lead to a state of peace and calm, which also helps with relaxation, stress management, anxiety, and mood balance.
Space is limited. Guests that RVSP will have a cozy space created for them with mat, pillows, bolsters and blankets.
