Donia B. Smith & Chelsey Venrick will lead you into a deep meditation while creating exquisite sound frequency that centers the body, mind, and soul. With such instruments as the Crystal Sound Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Planetary Gongs & Chimes, Drums amd much more. This experience can lead to a state of peace and calm, which also helps with relaxation, stress management, anxiety, and mood balance.
Space is limited. Guests that RVSP will have a cozy space created for them with mat, pillows, bolsters and blankets.
